Purpose of "Ship To" & "Bill To" Addresses

Residential Street Address

• We understand that you may be ordering a calculator for personal use, however work during the week and will not be available for collection at you home residence?

• In this particular case we recommend that you have your order delivered to your work address where a receptionist or colleague can personally accept your parcel and/or be able to sign for your parcel from our courier.

• Please complete the "Ship To" section of our order form with your work address, and the "Bill To" section with your personal address.

• Delivery to a street address we recommend using a courier with a Proof of Delivery Signature Service with Track & Trace.

• Geocalc Software does not accept responsibility for Street Address non-deliveries if Australia Post Express Post is chosen.

PO Box Address

• Delivery to a PO Box address is the easiest and safest of our delivery destinations.

Business Street Address or Residential Street Address

• Delivery to a street address we recommend using a courier with a Proof of Delivery Signature Service with Track & Trace.

• Geocalc Software does not accept responsibility for Street Address non-deliveries if Australia Post Express Post is chosen.

• A proof of delivery service ensures security where all deliveries are required to be signed for on collection.

• A delivery that is NOT delivered on the first delivery attempt will be held by the courier with no redelivery option.  A Calling Card will be left and you will be required to collect your parcel from your local courier depot.  Please ensure your parcel can be collected and signed for at your selected destination.

• If delivering to a Business address please provide the Name of the business we are delivering to.

Australian Stock

• We attempt to hold stock of all models at all times however this may not always be possible.  Depending on which model you order and our stock levels, dispatch may occur from either Emerald, QLD or Internationally.  Under exceptional circumstances if our Australian stock is ever depleted when you place an order, we shall direct ship to you via one of our International Business Partners.  Typical delivery time to Australia is 6-15 working days.

• If we ship your HP Calculator via one of our International Business Partner then you shall receive your order in two parts which may arrive at different times.  Your HP Calculator shall be dispatched from our International supplier.  Your Service & Support documents shall be dispatched from Emerald, QLD.

• Geocalc Software for the HP48, HP49 & HP50 is provided in Electronic format only via CD-R.

• We recommend you choose Australia Post Express Post for software only orders.
