1. As customer, I sought information on products belonging to certain production serial numbers. Proprietor undertook to recover serial numbers and ensure that I enjoyed the option to choose what I wanted. 2. As gesture of good will and appreciation for my custom, proprietor supplied free of charge, useful products that I would have been pleased to pay for.
3. When certain material quality issues emerged that required product support, the proprietor acted quickly and generously to ensure that replacement parts were to my satisfaction.

Before he had completed the program suite I enquired about, he kept my contact details, and advised me of what stage he was up to with the design. As soon as he had finished, he let me know that it was ready, and also let me know about a package deal for the products.

Only dealt with them once, and I found the product delivered within three days, of which I was very surprised.

After placing the order on a Friday afternoon, I received an email stating that as it was a public holiday in Cairns, they had arranged instead to send the product from the Melbourne office. I received the goods on the Monday. This was fantastic!

Being able to order an item over the Internet and have it received in secure packaging within 36 hrs was better than I expected. My order was only small, however Geocalc made me feel important and a priority.

Price was very competitive, this is good but I am actually prepare to pay for service. But then service was good - fast delivery and easy payment. Easy secure payment on the web is critical. Technical knowledge was better than any other web based seller - Geocalc won on all three measures - I would have been happy with just one or even two.

I was surprised at the speed of their service delivery and their flexibility when we needed to change the specified product.

I had a calculator malfunction and needed a new one immediately. I surfed the net looking for suppliers, came across Geocalc, and the next day a brand new one arrived in the mail, for a lot less than I could have bought it locally.
