Return Policy

New Hewlett Packard Calculators (Returns)

• If you are unhappy with your HP Calculator purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund any time within 365 days.

• HP Calculators that are intact and contained in their original blister pack WILL BE accepted for returns ONLY.

• HP Calculators that ARE NOT intact and NOT contained in their original blister pack WILL NOT be accepted.

• Please email us at sales@geocalc.com.au for the return authorization first and to get the correct address for the return.

• When the returned unit has been received and is in good condition, we shall then process your refund.

New Hewlett Packard Calculators (Exchanges)

• If you are unhappy with your HP Calculator purchase for any reason, you may exchange it with a different model any time within 365 days.

• HP Calculators that are intact and contained in their original blister pack WILL BE accepted for returns ONLY.

• HP Calculators that ARE NOT intact and NOT contained in their original blister pack WILL NOT be accepted.

• Please email us at sales@geocalc.com.au for the return authorization first and to get the correct address for the return.

• We shall then determine the price difference between the models.  If a part refund is required, please provide us your bank account details (Account Name, BSB & Account Number).  If additional payment is required we shall ask you to provide this before shipping you your exchange model.

• When the returned unit has been received and is in good condition, and if any additional payments have been completed, we shall then ship you your exchange unit.

New Hewlett Packard Calculators - (Received Damaged)

• If you receive your order damaged, then we will issue you a replacement unit at NO charge, on the condition that you agree to return the damaged unit back to us.

• Please email us at sales@geocalc.com.au for the return authorization first and to get the correct address for the return.

• Then please arrange for the damaged unit to be returned to us (at your cost initially).  We suggest using a 3kg Australia Post Express Post satchel

• Then please email us at sales@geocalc.com.au with your bank account details (Account Name, BSB & Account Number)

• When the damaged unit has been received, we shall then refund you your freight charge to your nominated bank account and re issue you a new unit.

ReConditioned Hewlett Packard Calculators

• We DO NOT offer returns on any ReConditioned HP Calculators.

• We DO NOT offer any returns for any of our software.
