How do I place an order?

• It may not be obvious but you are browsing a fully functional eCommerce website complete with shopping cart facilities and Credit Card payment options.

• Our Products can be found by browsing through our Products Page Catalogue.  Click HERE.

• To place an order simply choose your product, add a quantity into the "Qty" box and click on the "Add to Cart" button.

• For Bulk quantities not listed you may wish to contact us to discuss ordering options.

• Please proceed to our shopping cart checkout, select a shipping method, supply us your contact details, select a payment option and make your payment.

• Your order has then been submitted.  You should receive an email with the subject line: "Geocalc Software - Order Confirmation & Receipt"

What happens behind the scene once I've placed my order?

• We action all our orders on a daily basis, 7 days a week.

• If payment made via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, these are treated as instant payments and processed that same day.

• If payment made via Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Order or Personal / Bank Cheque, we will suspend your order until such time we receive full payment.  Please note it can sometimes take up to 7 days before we receive your Money Order or Personal Cheque via regular mail.

• We attempt to hold stock of all models at all times however this may not always be possible.  Depending on which model you order and our stock levels, dispatch may occur from either Emerald, QLD or the USA.  Under exceptional circumstances if our Australian stock is ever depleted when you place an order, we shall direct ship to you via one of our International Business Partners in the USA.  Typical delivery time to Australia is 6-15 working days.

• We prepare your Tax Invoice and Service & Support documents and post out via your selected shipping method from Emerald, QLD.  If a different address is provided in the "Bill To" field, your Invoice shall be posted separately to this address.  Please allow 1-10 days for delivery.

• If we ship your HP Calculator via one of our International Business Partners in the USA then you shall receive your order in two parts which may arrive at different times.  Your HP Calculator shall be dispatched from the USA.  Your Service & Support documents shall be dispatched from Emerald, QLD.

When can I expect to receive my order?

• Shipping times are dependant on your chosen shipping method at the time you place your order.

• Shipping times are displayed in the order checkout in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time we receive full payment.

• Typical delivery times from our International Business Partners in the USA to Australia is 6-15 working days.

• You shall be provided with Track and Trace details for all parcels sent via Toll Ipec Priority, Australia Post Express Post Platinum and USPS Express Mail.

• We will keep you informed via email every step of the way during the processing and delivery of your order.

• Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

What exactly do I receive with my purchase?

• You will receive the latest brand new HP Calculator/s and/or ReConditioned HP Calculator/s as specified in your order.

• If you specify a New HP Calculator you will receive a New HP Calculator.

• If you specify a ReConditioned HP Calculator you will receive a ReConditioned HP Calculator.

• You will receive a Service & Support package.  This package will include:
