How do I place an order?

• It may not be obvious but you are browsing a fully functional eCommerce website complete with shopping cart facilities and Credit Card payment options.

• Our Products can be found by browsing through our Products Page Catalogue.  Click HERE.

• To place an order simply choose your product, add a quantity into the "Qty" box and click on the "Add to Cart" button.

• For Bulk quantities not listed you may wish to contact us to discuss ordering options.

• Please proceed to our shopping cart checkout, supply us your contact details, select a payment option and make payment.

• Your order has then been submitted.  You should receive an email with the subject line: "Geocalc Software - Order Confirmation & Receipt"

What happens behind the scene once I've placed my order?

• We action all our orders on a daily basis, 7 days a week.

• If payment made via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, these are treated as instant payments and processed that same day.

• If payment made via Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Order or Personal / Bank Cheque, we will suspend your order until such time we receive full payment.  Please note it can sometimes take up to 7 days before we even receive your Money Order or Personal Cheque via regular mail.

• Depending on which model you order dispatch may occur from either Cairns, QLD or Melbourne, VIC.  You should receive your order within 2 days from the time you placed your order (excluding remote locations or large orders).

• We prepare your Tax Invoice and Service & Support documents and post out via regular mail from Cairns, QLD.  If a different address is provided in the "Bill To" field, your Invoice shall be posted separately to this address.  Please allow 1-10 days for delivery.

When can I expect to receive my order?

• Small orders (1-2 calculators) can be expected to arrive within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time we receive full payment.

• Large orders (3+ calculators) are delivered by road transport and can take up to 7 days depending on destination.

• We will keep you informed via email every step of the way during the processing and delivery of your order.

What exactly do I receive with my purchase?

• You will receive the latest brand new HP Calculator/s as specified in your order.

• You will also receive a Service & Support package.  This package will include:
